I'd waited 2 months to see another neurologist, only for them to cancel an hour before my appt. I called many places & most of them said April, first appt. Then I rang Neurology Clinic in Orange Park and spoke to Casey (i hope that's the correct name!) Anyway, I was in ap much pain and v upset as I was hoping my appt wld begin to help find what's wrong. She also told me late March or April but then asked me a few questions and said let me get you in tomorrow. I couldn't be more grateful. I saw Dr Parikh and he was fantastic, it was a busy clinic but seemed brand new and everything very clean, etc. What struck me the most was the extra level of customer care his staff has, everyone from the super lovely team at the front desk, to the medical assistant to the check out all just the nicest most professional and discreet team I've come across. Dr Parikh is so kind and obviously great at his job, he immediately sorted out the next steps for me & I thank him and the team for helping me. Don't hesitate to make this your go to place. I am so happy the other group canceled on me, it happened for a reason!

Warm, welcoming reception from the staff, notably, Sarah, who went out of her way to do everything for us to get checked in swiftly and accurately.
Sheila was professional and detailed as she transitioned us from the waiting room to our exam room capturing all the necessary information on medication changes and initial patient information.
Dr. P came in cool, calm and collected and was very patient and EXTREMELY detailed about my mom's condition giving me information clearly and in depth ensuring we understood. He was proactive with the engineering of his thorough Plan of Care. Made us feel comfortable and answered ALL our questions before he literally walked us back to the front for checkout.
Tina left us feeling great about coming back with her patience with the financial transaction which she explained clearly. Was flexible with the scheduling of the follow up to validate our schedules aligned. She even went and got my mom a mask from the other room.
The professionalism displayed by the staff and the detailed knowledge of Dr. P, with an EXCELLENT bedside manner, made this one of the best healthcare experiences we've had. Thank you, Team!
